Job summary

Coronado Curragh is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to work on Curragh's two CHPPs near Blackwater, Queensland. You will collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to deliver process improvements, support operations, and own projects from investigation to implementation.

The role requires a tertiary engineering qualification and CHPP experience, with a practical mindset and strong communication. Relocation and housing assistance are provided to enable site-based work.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Process/Chemical Engineering/Metallurgy.
• Experience as a Process Engineer in a CHPP.
• A practical approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with operators and maintainers.
• A willingness to get out of the office and get your hands dirty.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with operators and maintainers.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Provide technical support to operational teams.
• Take ownership of projects from investigation through to implementation.
• Get into the plant and work alongside operators.
