NEX Building Group in NSW is seeking a Handover Supervisor to oversee the final stages of new home builds across the Hunter region. This full-time role involves visiting customer sites four days per week to inspect homes and coordinate trades.
You will compile defect reports, determine scopes of work, and communicate recommendations to clients in line with service and warranty guidelines. A full driver’s licence and strong organisational skills are essential.
