Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in property.
• Immaculately presented.
• Strong client service mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
• Available for some travel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate updates to purchasers at all project stages.
• Respond promptly to client queries before completion and handover.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as development and construction.
• Meet clients pre-settlement for site inspections.
• Ensure variations/upgrades meet specifications.
• Investigate and report design-related matters.
• Oversee rectification of defects post completion.
• Ensure settlement docs align with marketing standards.
• Deliver end-to-end customer experience processes.
• Arrange client settlement gifts.
