Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Coordinator for the Somerville Recreation Centre on the Mornington Peninsula. This part-time role (25 hours per week) leads the Guest Experience team, drives membership sales and delivers exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on pre-sales for the new Gym & Wellness Centre opening soon.

Proven sales and customer service leadership experience (fitness, leisure or wellness industry experience highly regarded)
Strong track record of achieving membership or sales targets
Experience leading, coaching and developing teams
Passion for health, fitness, wellness and community recreation
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated, proactive and results-driven

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day Guest Experience team and drive membership sales, retention and customer engagement
Develop and execute sales strategies, coach staff to achieve KPIs, oversee customer service standards
Oversee local marketing initiatives and community outreach to support membership growth
Coordinate staff rosters, training and development, and ensure compliance with policies and standards
Support venue KPIs and business objectives through effective leadership and front-line coaching
