IMPACT Strength and Fitness in Queensland is seeking a dedicated Office Manager on a full-time basis to oversee day-to-day gym operations and member experience. This role combines front-of-house leadership with financial administration and HR support to ensure efficient, compliant and profitable operation.

You will manage member sign-ups, payments, scheduling, and rosters, while coordinating with coaches and handling reporting for business performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year in a relevant role.
• Experience with member management systems and payments.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Open/close the facility and manage front desk during business hours.
• Greet members and handle enquiries in person, by phone, email and social media.
• Process member sign-ups, variations, holds and terminations.
• Handle payments, invoices and bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintain member records, timetables and bookings.
• Coordinate coaching rosters and class scheduling.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and liaise with external accountant.
• Oversee HR admin, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional member experiences.
