Qualifications

• Experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Able to lead staff and manage daily gym operations.
• Organised, reliable and proactive with sales focus.
• Good communication with staff and members.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily gym operations
• Leading and supporting staff
• Keeping staff accountable to their responsibilities and standards
• Following up leads, trials and prospective members
• Supporting membership sales and retention
• Handling member enquiries and routine issues
• Maintaining procedures, systems and operational checklists
• Assisting with rosters, staff training and onboarding
• Monitoring stock, inventory and supplies
• Ensuring the gym remains clean, organised and well presented
