Job summary

VibeZ 24/7 Fitness in Australia seeks a capable gym manager to run day-to-day operations and act in the owners’ absence. You will be trusted to confidently run the gym, maintain great member experiences and lead a small team with discipline and care.

This role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, sales focus, and the ability to work with systems and administration to keep the gym well presented.

• Experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Able to lead staff and manage daily gym operations.
• Organised, reliable and proactive with sales focus.
• Good communication with staff and members.

Job description

You'll work closely with the owners and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the gym. A key part of the role is being someone we can trust to confidently run the gym when the owners are unavailable.
