BravoFit, the Australia franchisee of Planet Fitness, seeks an experienced leader to drive club operations across multiple locations. You will manage staffing, budgets, training, and performance against quarterly goals, while promoting our low-cost, high-value fitness model.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership and management experience preferred or 3-5 years in a similar field.
• Gym work experience and fitness background preferred.
• Must be currently First Aid & CPR certified and provide certification copy or obtain within first three weeks.
• Must have WWC (Working With Children) certificate/number NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD or proof process started.

Responsibilities

• Actively promotes mission of delivering fun and affordable fitness.
• Leads operations management in club and ensures staffing aligns with vision.
• Oversees club P&L including revenue and controllable expenses.
• Delivers team member training and conducts quarterly reviews.
• Builds and oversees local club marketing through partnerships.
• Maintains brand excellence and daily payroll oversight.
