Job summary

Fitness First in Sydney is seeking a Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant) to be the heartbeat of the club, greeting members and sparking motivation to start their fitness journey. You will drive membership growth through community outreach, referrals, and proactive outreach, delivering sales presentations and tours, and building strong relationships with new and existing members.

The role offers base salary plus uncapped commission with typical earnings around AUD 65K+, a Platinum

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Strong communication skills to engage with potential members and inspire action.
• Problem-solving mindset to meet member needs and close sales.
• Goal-focused drive to achieve targets and contribute to club success.
• Team player who collaborates well and celebrates team and personal wins.
• Customer-centric approach to build rapport and help members achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referral campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via phone to maximize opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalized interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to inquiries.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Participate in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members to boost results.
