Belgravia Leisure's Somerville Recreation Centre is hiring a Gym Instructor to greet members, guide workouts, and help create a welcoming, motivating atmosphere on day one.

You'll conduct inductions, correct technique, run small group sessions, and collaborate with trainers while maintaining a safe, clean gym environment. Flexible evening and weekend shifts offer real community impact.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Fitness and Cert IV in Fitness required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check required.
• AusActive Registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct member inductions and onboarding appointments.

About the Role

As a Gym Instructor, you'll be the face of the gym floor, providing guidance, encouragement, and support to members of all fitness levels. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and motivating environment.
