Belgravia Leisure is hiring Gym Instructors for the Somerville Recreation Centre’s brand-new gym in Queensland, Australia. You will be the face of the gym floor, guiding members of all fitness levels and creating an engaging, safe, and welcoming environment from day one.

You will lead inductions, provide exercise guidance, deliver small group sessions, and work with trainers to promote programs while ensuring exceptional customer service and a clean facility.

Formación

• Must hold Certificate III in Fitness and working towards or holding Certificate IV in Fitness.
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certification are required.
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check are mandatory.
• AusActive Registration is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct member inductions and onboarding appointments.

• Deliver small group functional training sessions.
• Support member retention through exceptional customer service.
• Monitor gym floor safety and equipment standards.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
