Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a dynamic Gym Instructor in Gympie to deliver programs and personal training to members, predominantly in the gym. This role emphasizes high-quality customer service and engagement with diverse clients across mornings, evenings and weekends.

Do you have outstanding knowledge in health and fitness and have a passion for engaging members? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Gym Instructor.

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic fitnessprofessionals committed to delivering high levels of customer service and support to our members who can deliver programs and personal training to members on an as needs basis.

Traineeship - we are offering to pay for you to become qualified in Cert 3 in Fitness, as well as Lifeguard and Swim Teacher training. This person will need to be an all rounder to the site, but predominantly based in the gym.

Skills & Attributes:

• Knowledge of current health & fitness procedures and practices.
• Personal Training with a variety of different clientele.
• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills.
• Minimum Certificate IV in Personal Training
• Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Valid Working With Children Check
• Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
• Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
• Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends is essential

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
