Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is looking for passionate gym instructors to deliver personal training and assist members in reaching their goals. You will provide engaging training sessions and support high-quality customer service in a busy gym environment.

We value experience, reliable scheduling across mornings, evenings and weekends, and the ability to adapt programs for diverse clients while maintaining safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current health and fitness procedures and practices.
• Professional personal trainer with diverse client base.
• Strong commitment to customer service and communication.
• Qualification: Cert IV in Fitness or higher (Diploma preferred).
• Current Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia registration.
• Senior First Aid, CPR, and Working With Children Check.
• Willing to undergo a national police check.
• Reliable, positive, and able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal training sessions and programs to members as needed.
• Provide high levels of customer service and member support.
• Help members achieve their fitness goals through guided programs.

The Role

Skills & Attributes:

• Knowledge of current health & fitness procedures and practices.
• Personal Training with a variety of different clientele.
• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills.
• Minimum Certificate lV in Fitness/Diploma in Fitness or higher
• Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia (not including EP's)
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Valid Working With Children Check
• Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
• Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
