Qualifications

• Certificate III in Fitness is required.
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct member inductions and onboarding appointments.
• Provide exercise guidance and technique correction.
• Deliver small group functional training sessions.
• Support member retention through exceptional customer service.
• Monitor gym floor safety and equipment standards.
• Promote fitness programs, challenges, and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional gym environment.

About The Role

As a Gym Instructor, you'll be the face of the gym floor, providing guidance, encouragement, and support to members of all fitness levels. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and motivating environment.

Key Responsibilities
