Job summary

Quest Apartment Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional service to guests and ensure a comfortable stay. The role serves as the first point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting guests throughout their visit.

This casual position offers roughly 28-32 hours per week with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Nights and holiday work are required; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and check them in.
