Job summary

BelgraviaPRO on South Stradbroke Island is seeking a friendly Receptionist to deliver outstanding guest service face-to-face and over the phone. The role starts as casual with potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs.

You will manage bookings using our in-house RMS 9+ system, support administrative tasks, and work a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided, and strong computer skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Current CPR and police checks required.
• Experience with booking systems and cash handling.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries in person and by phone.
• Process bookings using RMS 9+ system.
• Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions.
• Assist with administrative tasks and housekeeping coordination.
• Maintain tidy reception area.
