Job summary

BelgraviaPRO is seeking a Guest Services Manager for NSW Lakeside Holiday Park in North Narrabeen. You will lead a Guest Services Attendants team, oversee reception and guest services, and ensure an outstanding guest journey from check‑in to check‑out.

You should be friendly, energetic and available for weekends, evenings and public holidays, with experience using computerised booking systems and a proactive, service‑mocused approach to daily operations.

Qualifications

• First Aid Level 2
• Current CPR
• National Police Check clearance upon on-boarding
• Working with Children’s Check NSW or equivalent
• A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can do attitude

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Guest Services team.
• Oversee reception, reservations and guest services operations.
• Coordinate rosters, training and performance to maintain service standards.
• Create memorable guest experiences and handle enquiries and escalations.
• Assist Housekeeping with daily coordination and tasks to support park operations.
• Lead from the front to implement the BelgraviaPRO customer service philosophy.
