BelgraviaPRO is seeking a friendly Guest Services Officer for Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park in Narrabeen, NSW. You will deliver exceptional guest service, manage bookings, assist with housekeeping tasks, and support administrative duties across a busy park environment.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team while delivering high-quality service to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services and hospitality settings.
• Ability to operate computerised booking systems and cash handling.
• Willingness to learn BelgraviaPRO systems and processes.
• Must be available to work a 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide face-to-face and phone guest service at Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks: cleaning cabins, amenities and common areas.
• Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
• Assist with administrative tasks and bookings using RMS.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in guest areas and accommodation.
