Job summary

Queens Beach Hotel is seeking a casual Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) in Bowen, QLD. You will ensure rooms are clean, welcoming and well-maintained, while following routine schedules and supporting front desk requests to enhance guest experiences.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
