Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to deliver exceptional housekeeping and guest services. You will maintain guest rooms to a high standard, follow cleaning schedules, and work with Front Office to fulfill special requests. Physical tasks are part of daily duties, including lifting and moving stock.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
