Queens Beach Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) to keep rooms pristine, welcoming and repaired as needed. You will follow daily cleaning schedules, help the Front Office with guest requests and ensure every guest feels at home away from home.

We’re searching for a our very own ‘Rosie the Robot’ - you know, from The Jetsons - a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
