Job summary

Endeavour Group’s ALH Hotels division is seeking a Guest Services Attendant/Housekeeper in Melbourne. You will maintain guest rooms to a high standard and support the Front Office to fulfil special requests, while following cleaning schedules and safety practices.

This casual role requires practical hands-on work, reliability and adaptability. You’ll contribute to an enjoyable guest experience and be part of a wide network within ALH Hotels and Endeavour Group.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
