Job summary

Colyton Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) on a casual basis to maintain pristine rooms and public areas. You’ll follow established cleaning schedules and respond to guest requests, collaborating with the Front Office to create a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates are detail-focused, reliable, punctual and adaptable, taking pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across the hotel’s accommodation and facilities.

We’re searching for a our very own ‘Rosie the Robot’ - you know, from The Jetsons - a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
