ALH Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Attendant / Housekeeper to keep rooms spotless and welcoming, delivering consistent cleanliness and guest comfort. You’ll follow daily, weekly and monthly schedules, work with Front Office on special requests, and assist with minor maintenance tasks.

You’ll be reliable, punctual and take pride in your work, helping guests feel at home and contributing to a smooth hotel operation.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
