Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Service Generalist to deliver warm, efficient service across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.

You’ll greet owners and guests, handle check-in and check-out, answer inquiries, assist with bookings, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, a genuine passion for customer service, neat presentation, and the flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and school

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Neat, professional presentation and grooming standards.
• Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties: greet owners and guests, check-in/out, answer inquiries by phone and email.
• Assist with tour and travel bookings, reservations, and night audit procedures.
• Support housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Use basic administration tools for emails, word processing, and data entry.
• Ensure guest accommodation and common areas are well maintained.

Ensuring that all Owners and Guests receive efficient and courteous service; making them feel welcome during their entire stay through a proactive and positive attitude.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform all duties of the front desk, including greeting owners and guests, Check in and out, Answer telephone and email inquiries, portage of luggage, cash handling and balancing procedures, tour & travel inquiries/bookings, reservations and night audit proceduresPossess a thorough knowledge of the operation of all administration equipment eg.
