Job summary

Elysium Noosa Resort, part of Accor, is seeking an experienced chef to lead kitchen operations at our luxury coastal retreat on the Sunshine Coast.

You will prepare, season, and cook dishes to specification, manage service periods, maintain quality and safety, handle stock rotation, and support events from conferences to weddings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant commercial cooking experience or a relevant Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Proven experience performing duties consistent with the occupation of Chef.
• Sound knowledge of food safety standards and safe food handling practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail.
