Job summary

Laguna Noosa Holidays is seeking a motivated Guest Service Agent to join the team in a part-time capacity. This three day a week role includes Saturdays and focuses on providing personalised and professional service to guests, owners, trades and clients.

You will manage front reception, bookings and maintenance coordination while upholding a high standard of client relations and confidentiality. The role offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth within Laguna Real Estate.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence.
• Previous holiday letting or property management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Home Hero and RMS is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to client relationships.
• Positive, personable and respectful customer service skills.
• Strong organisation, time management and monitoring skills.
• Ability to work effectively if issues arise.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• A commitment to privacy and confidentiality for clients, landlords and the business.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team.
