Professional Holiday Homes in Callala Bay NSW is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for a 3-day week. You’ll be the first contact for guests and property owners, delivering friendly, proactive support to ensure great holiday experiences.

Shifts are flexible between 8:00am and 6:00pm, with one weekend day required. Join a growing team managing 200+ properties along the NSW South Coast and seize opportunities to develop skills in operations, client service and problem-solving.

We are currently recruiting for 3 days per week part-time positions. Successful applicants will be required to work one day each weekend.

There are permanent part-time positions based in the Callala Bay/Culburra Beach area (applicants must reside within 30 minutes).

About the Role
This is a busy and varied customer service position where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and property owners, helping deliver outstanding holiday experiences while supporting property performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Responding to guest and owner enquiries (phone and email)

Troubleshooting and resolving issues calmly and efficiently

Replying to guest reviews

Coordinating property maintenance and repairs

General administrative support as required

About You
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving. You’re calm under pressure, confident handling calls and emails, and you genuinely enjoy helping people.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confidence using multiple software systems (full training provided)

Resilient and able to handle challenging conversations professionally

Strong time management and organisational skills

Driver’s licence

Experience in property management, short-term holiday rentals, or tourism is highly regarded.
