Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood is seeking a dedicated housekeeping attendant to maintain high cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas. You will ensure beds are made, amenities replenished, and public spaces are spotless throughout shifts.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable teamwork, and a friendly, guest-focused attitude to deliver excellent service in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or room attendant role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends/public holidays.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness
• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to your supervisor
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests at all times
