Job summary

Halcyon House in Cabarita Beach, NSW, seeks an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team on a casual basis.

You will deliver attentive front desk service, manage guest requests, and maintain smooth operations across a rotating shift pattern (7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm). Available for immediate start with weekend flexibility and professional presentation.

RSA and food handling certificates are preferred. Previous hotel experience of at least one year is advantageous.

Halcyon Houseis a 22 room luxury boutiquehotel situated on the stunning coastline of NSW's Cabarita Beach, 15 minutes south of the Gold Coast Airport. We are currently seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team on a casual basis.

Previous experience in a Hotel for at least 1year.

Able to work a rotating roster over 7 days. Shifts are: 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm.

Strong attention to detail.

An ability to work under pressure.

Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to follow tasks through to completion.

Well groomed and professional in appearance.
