Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, familiarity with Opera or similar systems, and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Manage phone calls, email enquiries, reservations, and guest requests.
• Assist with invoicing and maintaining guest accounts.
• Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, presentable, and inviting.
• Resolve guest complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with other employees, departments, and guests.
• Support other hotel departments as needed.
