Opportunity is calling for an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team at Australia’s largest hotel. We are open to both Part-Time and Full-Time applicants! Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District, Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveler. As Sydney's largest premium hotel, the hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences and event spaces.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the property, assisting guests with all inquiries to achieve Hyatt’s five-star standards
• Conduct a large volume of check-ins and check-outs
• Professionally handle complaints and be able to make recommendations to enhance guests’ stay
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external guests
• Strive to create memorable experiences

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience
• Exposure to using OPERA system – highly regarded
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent grooming and personal presentation
• Valid Australian working rights
• Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster and 38 hours per week
