Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is seeking Guest Service Agents to welcome guests, manage check-in and deliver exceptional service in a busy, high-standard spa environment.

The role involves greeting guests, upselling where appropriate, and contributing to a memorable guest experience across full-time, part-time and casual rosters. Training and career development are provided within a values-led culture.

About Alba

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for Full-time, Part-Time & Casual Guest Service Agents to join our Operations team. As a Guest Service Agent you will be the face of Alba, delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will warmly welcome guests, manage the check-in and ensure every interaction is professional, accurate, and memorable.

You will confidently maximise sales through genuine, soft persuasion while efficiently multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role requires outstanding customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating seamless, memorable experiences for every guest.

We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation + plus penalty rates.

Full-time, Part-time and Casual positions available. Weekday, evenings and weekend availability a must.
