Job summary

Alba on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking qualified Beauty Therapists to join a world‑class luxury wellness sanctuary. You will deliver facials, massages and body treatments, and perform bespoke spa rituals for a premium guest experience.

The role requires Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, recent spa experience, and confidence in delivering treatments. A supportive, inclusive workplace and opportunities for growth are offered.

• Has a Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Recent experience as a Beauty/Massage therapist in a spa setting.
• Previous experience in a 5‑star spa property.
• Confident in delivering facials, massages and body treatments.
• Guest centric, team player with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Located in Fingal, in the heart of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Alba is a world‑class luxury wellness sanctuary. Alba offers contemporary geothermal bathing in 35 pools, wellness rituals and indulgent treatments in the award‑winning spa and all‑day dining in Thyme, with a focus on locally sourced seasonal produce. Guests can extend their stay overnight in Alba’s beautifully appointed accommodation, The Sanctuary.

The opportunity

Join our Award‑winning spa team, delivering a range of luxurious treatments and personalised experiences in one of Australia’s premium wellness destinations. In this role, you will:

• Deliver facials, massages and body treatments.
• Deliver Alba’s bespoke spa rituals and signature experiences.
• Receive specialist product training with premium Australian skincare brands Sodashi and Vanessa Megan.

The spa operates 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm. We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Availability on Friday, Saturday and Monday highly desirable.

Full‑time, Part‑time and Casual positions available.

About You

• You have a Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage (or equivalent).
• You have recent experience as a Beauty/Massage therapist.
• You have previous experience in a 5‑star Spa Property.
• You are experienced and confident in spa treatments such as facials, massage and body treatments.
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude.
• You have excellent personal presentation standards and strong communication skills.
• You are capable, reliable and responsible.
• You are an Australian citizen or have working rights for Australia.
