Located in Fingal, in the heart of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Alba is a world-class wellness sanctuary. Alba offers contemporary geothermal bathing in 35 pools, wellness rituals and indulgent treatments in the award-winning spa and all-day dining in Thyme, with a focus on locally sourced seasonal produce. Guests can extend their stay overnight in Alba’s beautifully appointed accommodation, The Sanctuary.

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for Full-time, Part-Time & Casual Guest Service Agents to join our Operations team. As a Guest Service Agent you will be the face of Alba, delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will warmly welcome guests, manage the check-in and ensure every interaction is professional, accurate, and memorable.

You will confidently maximise sales through genuine, soft persuasion while efficiently multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role requires outstanding customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating seamless, memorable experiences for every guest.

We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation + plus penalty rates.

Full-time, Part-time and Casual positions available. Weekday, evenings and weekend availability a must.
