Holiday Inn Perth City Centre’s Ivy & Jack Restaurant seeks a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to support daily service in a busy venue on Hay Street, Perth. You’ll assist with conferences, buffets, and casual dining while delivering warm hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage or bar service role.
• Availability across a 7 day rotating roster (mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays).
• Current RSA and Food Safety Certificates.
• Current police clearance (within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Holiday Inn promise by creating warm, memorable guest experiences.
• Greet and escort guests to their tables.
• Prepare beverages including barista-style coffee and alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks.
• Serve food professionally and efficiently.
• Highlight specials and promotions to guests.
• Provide meal or beverage recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.
