Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in hospitality or similar customer-facing role.
• Previous table service experience or progression from a Runner role with strong F&B knowledge.
• Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
• Strong customer service and F&B service skills.
• Understanding of cleaning, hygiene, and liquor laws.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to team development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, friendly, and efficient table service to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Support smooth service flow by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across the venue.
• Follow responsible service of alcohol practices and comply with liquor laws and venue policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and supportive service environment.
• Assist with general service duties, including table setup, clearing, and resetting.
