Job summary

ALH Hotels' Mermaid Waters Hotel is seeking a Front Office Attendant to welcome guests with warmth, manage reception inquiries and support accommodation, dining and bookings. This role requires strong guest service, organization, and RSA certification, plus the ability to handle physical tasks and assist the team as needed.

You’ll join a friendly property team on the Gold Coast, delivering memorable experiences while handling admin tasks and ensuring smooth check-ins and guest communications

Qualifications

• RSA certificate is required for the role.
• Excellent guest service, communication and attention to detail.
• Organised, able to multitask and work well with the team.
• Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere with warm, friendly and attentive service.
• Manage reception emails, phone calls and complete admin tasks quickly.
• Assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required.
