Job summary

Queens Beach Hotel in Queensland is seeking a Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) to keep rooms inviting and sparkling. You will follow daily cleaning schedules, assist with maintenance requests, and work with Front Office to deliver special guest experiences.

This hands-on role involves lifting and moving stock, with an emphasis on attention to detail, reliability and punctuality. ALH Hotels offers staff discounts and wellbeing support across the Endeavour Group network.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely (lifting/moving stock).

Responsibilities

• Making every room feel welcoming and clean.
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Assist maintenance by flagging repairs to the Publican and team.
• Collaborate with Front Office to fulfill guest requests.
