• Experience in a customer-facing role delivering elevated experiences.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common systems (POS, PMS, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inviting customer service desk and assist with enquiries.
• Build retailer relationships and support centre operations.
• Manage customer data, enquiries and feedback reporting.
• Collaborate with Asset Team to resolve issues and escalate as needed.
