Job summary

Vicinity Centres is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to provide outstanding customer service at our centre, acting as the first point of contact. You will assist customers with enquiries, deliver information about amenities, and resolve issues while upholding Vicinity’s standards and brand values.

You will engage with retailers, contractors, and colleagues across in-person, phone, and email channels to maintain a welcoming environment and support daily centre operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role delivering elevated service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with common office software and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Keep the customer service desk welcoming and accessible, prioritising staff and customer safety.
• Deliver great experiences to customers and retailers, across in-person, phone and email channels.
• Respond to customer requests with accurate information and coordinate with assets/centre teams as needed.
• Assist with centre operations, contractor sign-ins, permits, and general enquiries.
• Manage customer data and reporting to help improve future experiences.
