Job summary

Black Mesa Casino is seeking a Guest Services Representative to ensure a welcoming environment as guests arrive. You will assist with coupon distribution, Players’ Club applications, and event promotions, while maintaining accurate guest communications and transactions.

The role requires strong customer service, typing speed, and a Class III Gaming License, with opportunities to support promotional activities and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 years related experience preferred.
• Extended hours, including weekends, may be required.
• Typing speed 23 wpm.
• Must possess Class III Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest entering the casino and maintain a positive presence.
• Resolve guest issues or problems promptly and courteously.
• Explain promotion rules and procedures to guests; respond to queries.
• Process Players’ Club applications and issue membership cards.
• Distribute and redeem Black Mesa Casino coupons and manage RV space rentals.
• Collect showroom rental fees and assist with promotional activities.
• Create routine reports on coupon redemptions, rentals, and cash received.
