Job summary

Kent Town Hotel is seeking an experienced Gaming Attendant to deliver professional, welcoming service in the gaming room and bar. The role focuses on compliance, responsible gambling, accurate payouts, and daily procedures, with casual shifts across evenings and weekends.

You’ll monitor the floor, assist patrons, complete logs, and support the Gaming Manager to keep operations compliant and guest‑focused. RSA and RSG certificates are required.

Qualifications

• RSA and RSG certification required or in progress.
• Commitment to responsible gambling and patron welfare.
• Reliable, discreet and detail oriented.
• Able to handle payouts and bar duties with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, warm and discreet service in gaming room and bar.
• Monitor the gaming floor, identify at‑risk patrons and respond with care.
• Process payouts, manage TAB enquiries and keep area clean and secure.
• Complete all logs, documents and incident reports on time.
