Job summary

The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is seeking casual Customer Service Officers to provide high-level service to visitors in line with NGV Service Standards. You will welcome and engage visitors, particularly school groups, families and children, and operate the Ticketing & CRM system to sell exhibitions and memberships.

You will contribute to children's exhibitions and learning programs, assist with participatory exhibitions, and maintain a neat, collaborative workspace while building strong

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and engage with diverse visitors.

Responsibilities

• Operate the NGV Ticketing & CRM system to sell tickets, bookings, and memberships.
• Support delivery of children’s exhibitions and learning programs for families.
• Assist with participatory exhibitions and ensure spaces are accessible, engaging and well maintained.
• Maintain neat and orderly work areas and build positive internal relationships.
