Job summary

National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) in Melbourne seeks casual Customer Service Officers to deliver high-quality service to visitors, including school groups, families and children. You will operate the Ticketing & CRM system to sell exhibition tickets, bookings, and renew memberships, and support children's exhibitions and learning programs.

You will be expected to maintain a welcoming environment, communicate clearly, adapt to change, and work collaboratively with staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to operate ticketing and CRM systems.
• Applicants must have Working with Children Check or be eligible.

Responsibilities

• Operate the NGV Ticketing & CRM system to sell exhibition tickets, program bookings, and renew Memberships.
• Contribute to children's exhibitions and learning programs to provide accessible experiences for children and families.
• Assist with participatory exhibitions, learning programs and installations; maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships within NGV.
