Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive a quality in-store experience. You will lead from the floor, deliver technical product education, and support store performance through sales targets within an inclusive, high-energy team.

As part of the store leadership, you’ll influence hiring, coaching, and development, while modelling inclusion, integrity, and guest connection. The role requires retail experience, leadership, and the ability to travel locally if needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience, including resolving guest issues
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value to guests
• Oversee store readiness, hiring input, coaching, and on-the-spot recognition and development
• Support achievement of daily sales or unit targets and monitor business metrics
