Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to support store goals and guest experience.
• Actively coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and store staffing decisions.
• Implement the Store Manager's People vision across the team.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to staff.
• Monitor guest feedback and address issues to resolve quickly.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with floor merchandising.
• Drive exceptional guest service on the shop floor.
