Oaks Perth Hotel is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front office team on a full-time basis. You will welcome guests with warmth and drive exceptional experiences throughout the stay.

You will oversee rosters, recruitment support, and guest issue resolution while ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate guest accounting. A strong focus on service and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience at a supervisor level within a hotel or resort environment.
• Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding guest welcoming experience by demonstrating service excellence and maintaining front office standards.
• Meet guests on arrival and ensure they are settled in their rooms.
• Maintain professional, open and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings.
• Guide and support the team in delivering outstanding guest welcoming and experiences.
• Ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Resolve and respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and assist with daily reporting.
• Effectively manage team roster to meet budgets.
• Support Hotel Manager with recruitment.
