Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host & Sales Lead Generator (Face-to-Face) on a part-time basis at our Australian resorts. You will assist in generating tours, book appointments for sales centers, and work with reception to ensure a seamless guest experience.

We value strong communicators with excellent presentation and the ability to thrive in a flexible, roastered schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Immediate start is available with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Able to work a flexible, rotating roster including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the tour generation process to meet tour qualification specs.
• Generate sales appointments for our resorts' sales centers.
• Work with reception to ensure high service levels and smooth check-in.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of travelling within the company.
• Meet targets and KPIs set by the business.
• Assist guests with pre-calling, greeting and bookings for restaurants, tours, etc.

About the Role:

• Assist in the tour generation process to ensure that prospects meet the Company’s tour qualification specifications
• Generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts.
• Work closely with the reception team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check in process
• Clearly articulate the benefit of travelling within the company
• Meet targets and KPI's as set by the business
• Assist all owners and guests with pre-calling, greeting and welcoming of guests, provision of tourist information and bookings for restaurants, tours, etc

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
• Able to work within a flexible, rotating roster which includes weekends, evenings and Public Holidays
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays
