Job summary

Accor Sydney Olympic Park is hiring enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver memorable guest experiences across our bar operations at Brewery Bar + Kitchen. You will take orders, serve beverages, clear tables, and assist with events in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, public holidays, and event days.
• A valid RSA and RCG competency card.
• Strong beverage knowledge across wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails.
• Previous experience in a pub, bar or restaurant is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Clear plates and glassware and maintain a clean dining area.
• Pour tap beer and craft cocktails to specification.
• Support major event activations within the precinct.
• Provide friendly service consistent with Accor Heartist culture.
